Swimmers will learn how to float, rollover, and glide independently, as well as kick with assistance. 

Swimmers will work on rollover glides without assistance and basic front crawl progressions.

Swimmers will learn basic front and back crawl with the use of equipment. Treading water is introduced.

Swimmers will work on front crawl with unilateral breathing, and back crawl for 25 meters each. Swimmers will tread water for 60 seconds.

Swimmers will continue working on their front crawl and back crawl stroke technique, as well as treading water for 90 seconds.

Swimmers will need to swim 50 meters of front crawl with unilateral breathing and back crawl. The required duration for treading water increases and whip kick is introduced.

Front crawl with bilateral breathing and eggbeater is introduced. The distance swim requirement is 75 meters of both front and back crawl, with effective technique.

Swimmers will work on front crawl with bilateral breathing and advanced back crawl. Breaststroke is introduced with the use of equipment. Swimmers will tread water with eggbeater kick for 60 seconds.

Swimmers will enhance their front crawl with bent arms and an underwater pull, and work on back crawl. Breaststroke is further developed, with a 25 meter distance requirement. Swimmers will learn how to dive in this level. Treading water with eggbeater kick is required for 120 seconds.

Swimmers will perfect all three swim strokes - advanced front crawl and back crawl for 100 meters each, and breaststroke, as well as diving and eggbeater. Swimmers are required to maintain flawless stroke technique during the 300 meter distance swim. After completing Sea Turtle 10, swimmers can move onto the Sunfish program.
